M31 Research Selected for USAID's LEES Training Program
M31 Research is proud to announce the successful completion of its participation in the prestigious USAID Local Evaluation and Evidence Support (LEES) training program. This initiative, led by USAID, aimed to strengthen the capacity of local organizations in delivering high-quality evaluations and evidence-based research.
The LEES program equipped organizations with the skills, tools, and knowledge necessary to contribute to impactful development initiatives. Spanning four comprehensive modules, the training covered key areas including evaluation fundamentals, research methodologies, adaptive management, financial management, and external relations.
A Comprehensive Training Curriculum
The training was divided into four modules:

Module 1: Fundamentals, Solicitation, Procurement, and Award, Business Development, and Marketing.

Module 2: Research Design, Sampling, Qualitative and Complexity-Aware Methods, Survey Design, Quantitative Analysis, and Software Tools.

Module 3: Compliance, Data Management, Reporting, and Dissemination.

Module 4: Adaptive Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, and External Partnerships.
This rigorous curriculum ensured that participating organizations were equipped with both technical expertise and strategic insight, enabling them to deliver evaluations that drive evidence-based decision-making.
