Which evaluation criteria do you use?

We commonly frame evaluations around the OECD-DAC criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability, and adapt to your own framework and donor requirements.

Do you collect the data yourselves?

Yes. Our own trained field teams collect evaluation data in Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda and Zimbabwe, so we control quality from the field to the final report.

Can you run an impact evaluation?

Yes. We design impact evaluations that establish causality through counterfactual analysis and comparison groups, where the programme allows.

Can you respond to a tender or request for proposals?

Yes. Send us the terms of reference and the deadline, and we will confirm quickly whether we can bid, on our own or as part of a consortium.

How long does an evaluation take?

It depends on the design and scope. Tell us your timeline and we will propose a team and work plan that meets it.
