With a team of experienced specialists, we offer strategic advisory services, policy development support, institutional capacity enhancement, and technical training programs.
Our approach combines participatory methods, capacity needs assessments, and stakeholder consultations for context-specific solutions. We use Results-Based Management (RBM) to align activities with outcomes, Gap Analysis to identify improvements, and Process Mapping to streamline workflows. Training-of-Trainers (ToT) empowers local actors for sustained capacity building, while Collaborative Problem-Solving Workshops and Benchmarking address challenges and align practices with global standards.
This initiative aimed to enhance Save the Children's partners' capacity in evidence gathering, documentation, and reporting to ensure quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Documentation (MELD) processes throughout project implementation.
We provided technical research support to Zambia's APRM National Governing Council, conducting document reviews, stakeholder consultations, data analysis, and validation workshops to produce an EGM report and a National Plan of Action.
